Assembled in our Plovdiv plant, designed by a Red Dot–winning studio. Every model below is on the floor today — EU origin, zero import duty, dealer pallets dispatched in days, not months.

A daily brief on what moves your landed cost: duty, capacity, lead times, regulation. Written for buyers and published free — the competition charges a subscription for this.

These are not a catalogue of things we could build. They are assembled, boxed and standing in our Bulgarian warehouse. Add what you need to the request list and we come back with dealer pricing inside one working day.
Most buyers burn two weeks emailing six suppliers to price one basket. Send it to us instead: bikes, frames, drive units, batteries, brakes, spares — one request, one landed price per line, one invoice. You never chase a factory and you never manage a supplier.
Build-to-order programmes run through the group catalogue: 30–75 days after sample approval, assembled in Plovdiv when EU origin matters to your duty position.
Name the drive unit, the cells or the groupset in your request and we build to it. These are brands used on bikes we actually assemble — not a logo wall.
Our brand directory covers 80+ European groups, bike brands, drive systems and component makers as editorial reference. Trade marks belong to their owners; a listing implies no partnership.
EBE — Electric Bike EU PLC runs roughly 3,300 m² of assembly floor at 21B Kuklensko Shose, Plovdiv. It exists for one reason: a bike assembled here is of EU origin, which takes it outside the anti-dumping and countervailing duties that apply to Chinese-origin e-bikes under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120.
Behind the plant is the Haoting group — a Red Dot–winning design studio in Taiwan, plus the GEMMA brake and MXUS motor works. That is where the engineering depth comes from. The European plant is where your duty position comes from.
Audits and factory visits are welcome. Write to the address below and we will arrange it.
Rough is fine. A spec list, a photo of a spreadsheet, or a paragraph describing what you move — the desk turns it into a line-item quote.
From our own plant at 21B Kuklensko Shose, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In-stock models leave in days rather than on a 30–75 day production schedule, and they carry EU origin.
A factory. EBE — Electric Bike EU PLC assembles in Plovdiv, and the group behind us owns production and component plants. Our sourcing desk extends that to parts we do not build ourselves, but you are still buying from a manufacturer, not from an agent.
Definitive anti-dumping duties on Chinese-origin e-bikes were extended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/120 from 25 January 2025 for five years — 9.9%–70.1% by exporter, 62.1% for all others, with countervailing duties of 3.9%–17.2% on top, under CN codes 8711 60 10 and ex 8711 60 90. Bikes assembled in Plovdiv are of EU origin and fall outside that exposure.
Because we are not a publisher. We earn on the assembly line and the sourcing desk, so the brief costs you nothing and carries no advertising. If it makes you think of us the next time you need 300 bikes, it has paid for itself.
Yes, per account and by volume. We publish RRP openly and never publish dealer prices — send a request with models and quantities and you get real figures within one working day.
EN 15194:2017+A1:2023, the enforced EPAC standard since 23 August 2025, with EN 50604-1 for batteries and EN 13849 for control-system functional safety — the last of which most suppliers cannot demonstrate. Cells to IEC 62133, transport documentation to UN38.3.
