We do not sell personal data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Our site and database run on Cloudflare, with the database located in Western Europe. Transactional and newsletter email is sent through Resend. Our AI assistant runs on our own hardware; if it is unavailable a request may be processed by Anthropic's API as a fallback. Sourcing requests are shared with the suppliers we approach on your behalf — we send them the specification and quantity only, never your identity, company or country.
Account data: until you delete your account. Sourcing requests and quotations: seven years, because they are commercial records. Email delivery events: 24 months. Sign-in links: ten minutes. Chat transcripts are not stored beyond the live conversation unless they generate a sourcing request.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and the toggle is in your account. You can delete your account and personal data yourself from your account page; commercial records are anonymised rather than erased where we are required to retain them.
To exercise any right, write to contact@ebike-eu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority.
We set one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so it needs no consent banner. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
